FIT ZONE

An interval style class that offers a sense of community and support. Combining cardio, strength and stretching using treadmills, water rowers, trx, dumbbells and other body weight exercises. Our coaches will assist you in finding your ZONE and help you meet your goals! All levels of fitness.

AMPD FUSION

AMPD Fusion incorporates multiple AMPD Strong formats using Kettlebells and resistance bands for a full body strength and cardio workout.

BARRE
STRONG

A low-impact, full body workout that combines elements of ballet, pilates, and yoga to strengthen, tone and lengthen muscles and build a stronger core.
All levels of fitness.

LIFT & PUMP

A group fitness class using a weighted bar, designed to tone and strengthen the entire body through a variety of exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls, set to energetic music. It focuses on using light to moderate weights and high repetitions.

ONE MORE REP

This class combines interval and varied intensity training to burn and build the entire body using free weights, body weight, bands and more!

P90X

A full-body, strength-training format, featuring four unique blocks of work: Cardio , Lower Strength, Upper Strength and Core.

RISE & GRIND

Offers different types of formats - low impact cardio, strength, and core-based workouts. Designed to tone your body and clear your mind before you start your busy day. If you love variety and a killer workout, you will love this class!

SCULPT EXPRESS

A workout that focuses on strengthening and toning muscles, particularly with the use of light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises. Great for beginners.

SPIN EXPRESS

A 30 minute indoor cycling class that emphasizes connecting with the rhythm and beat of the music. Featuring high-energy music, vibrant lighting, and engaging instruction to create a dynamic and motivating workout experience.

SPIN STRONG

A 45 minute rhythm-based spin class with dumbbells. Combines the high-intensity cardiovascular workout of indoor cycling with the strength-building benefits of upper body dumbbell exercises, all synchronized to music.

TRX MIX

TRX suspension training offers numerous benefits, including increased strength and muscle mass, improved balance and flexibility and heavily emphasizes on core strength and stability!
TRX Mix combines the TRX trainer using body weight exercises, kettlebells and more! Great for all fitness levels

ZUMBA STRONG

An interval style dance party that combines low and high intensity moves. Incorporating light weights for a well rounded workout. Moving your body to the beat of the music, and having a blast while burning tons of calories!
